Tundish Level Control
CSD Engineers initially provided preliminary engineering associated with demolition of existing hydraulic piping, design for new nitrogen piping, and control system modifications for newly installed level control stopper rod assemblies on thirteen caster tundish cars. The project expanded into multi-discipline detailed design. CSD Engineers also assisted with the integration of vendor supplied equipment into the existing plant control system.
