Tank Inspection Program
The Field Inspection team at CSD Engineers was contracted to execute a yearly tank inspection program for a Pittsburgh based chemical company. Inspection efforts focused on API (American Petroleum Institute) and Pennsylvania DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) code requirements. CSD Engineers coordinated with the chemical manufacturer to routinely perform out-of-service and in-service-tank inspections throughout the year to meet code requirements. Upon completion of the project the client was issued a final inspection report that included details on any remediation that would be required to meet API & DEP code.
