Pipe Rack Inspection
CSD Engineers was contacted by a client to perform a structural inspection of the pipe rack structures at their facility. This petrochemical facility had over 17,000 feet of pipe rack running throughout the plant, much of which had been in service for several decades. CSD performed a close visual inspection of the entire pipe rack to examine for deficiencies. Upon completion, CSD issued an in-depth report that identified required remediation, with photographs of problem areas as well as notes to contractors that would be resolving highlighted issues.
