Manifold Expansion Project
CSD Engineers designed an expansion to an existing terminal manifold to add a new booster pump, two new headers and four pipelines including interconnects 50+ MOV’s and PSVs. This multi-discipline project required power and control design for the new equipment and valves, PLC cabinet design wiring and communication, Arc Flash Study, and Pipe Stress Analysis. The design also included foundations, steel structures and berm design. The project focused on allowing for future expansion while minimizing capital expenditures required.
