Devolatilization System
CSD Engineers repurposed existing equipment to accommodate new product production for specialty chemicals. This required development of PFDs and P&IDs, sizing lines, PSVs, and necessary equipment that included a jacketed tank, several feed and product tanks, pump, mixer and all interrelated piping. The design work required foundations, supports, new containment and access platforms. The project also provided power and instrument design for all pumps, mixers, and valve actuators.
