DeEthanizer Substation
CSD Engineers was contracted to design a substation for an existing facility that would supplement one that was already at capacity due to physical size constraints. This additional substation was brought online to provide power to a new DeEthanizer that was being installed at the site. Engineering efforts included general arrangements, foundations, structural support, major electrical equipment specification, grounding plans, embedded conduit plans, relay protection panel design and overhead transmission lines between the two substations.
