Crude Oil Rail Unloading
CSD Engineers provided the complete control system design, programming and commissioning for a crude oil rail unloading and transfer terminal. The design allowed for the unloading of 108 rail cars at one time as well as the receipt and measurement of crude via pipeline to the storage terminal. In addition to the crude oil unloading and receipt, storage tank control, valve manifolds, crude oil measurement systems and pipeline pump controls were also included in the scope of this project.
