7,500 HP Natural Gas Compressor Station
CSD Engineers provided engineering design of a natural gas compressor station including water removal and hydrocarbon liquids separation and recovery. CSD also designed piping system, separators, power distribution, control panels, and emergency flares. The architecture of the 7,500hp compressor station was designed to blend into the surrounding rural environment. CSD Engineers provided specialty services including Arc Flash Study, Flare Study, Pipe Stress Analysis, Process Simulation PSV Study, and Substation Design. In addition, CSD Engineers implemented an unmanned SCADA to connect control software to satellites for remote connectivity and control.
