Vance Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Vance Williams, MBA is CEO of CSD. Mr. Williams is responsible to translate the corporate vision into a successful strategy for CSD. He has over 30 years of professional experience in engineering and environmental services, as a scientist, project manager and business executive. He is a member of several technical and professional organizations in Pittsburgh.
Jason Truckenbrod, P.E.
Vice President and General Manager of Operations
Jason Truckenbrod is the Vice President and General Manager of Operations for CSD Engineers and is responsible for quality and consistency of project services and engineering deliverables. He has over 31 years of experience in business management, project management, engineering, procurement and construction. Mr. Truckenbrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. He is an active member of the American Iron and Steel Institute (AIST) and past Chair of the American Society of Civil Engineers Structural Engineering Institute (ASCE-SEI), Pittsburgh Chapter.
Donald Moore
Vice President – Infrastructure Division, Field Services
Don Moore is the Technical Director of Field Services for CSD Engineers. Mr. Moore oversees all activities related to Field Services across the company. Don has over 35 years of experience in the heavy industrial sector and holds several certifications related to the inspection of industrial facilities. Mr. Moore is an active member of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST) and Eastern States Blast Furnace and Coke Oven Association (ESBFA).
