CSD Engineers has the experience to provide API 653 and PADEP IAM/IAF external and internal inspections to establish and document the following for their clients:
- Original plate thickness
- Average Acutal plate thickness (ultrasonic measurement)

- Acceptable fill height
- Annular ring to shell connection

- General condition of shell tank system, including foudnation, roof, paint, stairways and welds
Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures (SPCC)
CSD Engineers and Inspectors have extensive experience with the US EPA's oil pollution prevention program. Years before the newly effective requirements for upgrading spill prevention control countermeasures plans (SPCC) were passed into law, CSD Engineers were doing this inspection on a daily basis.
